Each week, I’ll share a new podcast episode featuring conversations with real people - professionals and execs, coaches, founders, athletes - who’ve built strength on purpose. We’ll share practical breakdowns of what your body and mind actually needs to get stronger at any age, and I’ll share my honest take on why strength - muscle specifically, is the fountain of youth. (& we’ll likely talk about aesthetic byproduct of building strength, too.)
